"To start off, I personally dislike insurances based on what I've seen and what I had to deal with my previous car insurance. However since I recently got a new car and wanted to ensure I had the insurance I needed in case something went wrong. And unfortunately as I continued to ask questions having incorrect information and disliking insurance in general I was very rude and rash. So long story short I wanted to write this to show how much respect and gratitude I have towards Esmie Hamel. She tolerated my rashness and rudeness with complete professionalism and understanding of how I felt. Not only did she provide all the information I needed but also educated me on the insurance process with state farm which cleared everything up.
